Kindergarten
Effenbergerová, Petra ; Blažková, Vendula (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The purpose of this diploma thesis is to prepare the project documentation of the construction part for the building of the kindergarten according to the legal decree number 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation. Projected building is a detached two-storey building located on the plots number 534/3,534/4, 536, 540/13 in the cadastre unit of Brno-Ivanovice. It is designed as building with storey partly below ground level and has wheechair access to both floor. The structural system of the building is combination of RC wall structures and columns and clay internal masonry. The roofs are designed as intensive green roofs. Designed kindergarten includes three classes for total of 75 children.
Detached house with beer-shop  in Velké Opatovice
Dostál, Jan ; Procházková Uvizlová, Martina (referee) ; Štěpánek, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for construction of free-storey, semi-basement, detached house with a beer-shop in Velke Opatovice. The building is designed in a slightly sloping terrain. The beer-shop is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance separate from the residential part. The residential part is made of the boiler room and cellars in the basement, garage, bike storage and drying room on the ground floor, a larger residential unit on the second floor and the attic flat on the third floor in the premises of the saddle roof.
Optimization of scintillation detector for detection of low energy signal electrons in electron microscopy
Tihlaříková, Eva ; Kadlec, Jaromír (referee) ; Uruba, Václav (referee) ; Neděla, Vilém (advisor)
The dissertation thesis deals with optimization of the scintillation detector for efficient detection of low energy signal electrons in a specimen chamber of a scanning electron microscope. The solution was based on the study of signal electron energy loss mechanisms during their interaction with a conductive layer and a scintillator that can be studied using simulations based on the stochastics Monte Carlo methods. Based on test simulations and their comparison with experimental data, the ideal Monte Carlo software was chosen and used for the study of signal electron energy losses during their transport through the conductive layer as well as following interaction with scintillator, in dependency on the signal electron energy. Simulation results allowed to define criteria for the optimization of the conductive layer. According to these parameters, the optimized layers were deposited on the surface of different scintillators and experimentally tested in the scintillation detector of the scanning electron microscope. Experimental measurements allowed to verify accomplished simulations and provide new information about impact of materials and thicknesses of conductive layers in combination with materials of scintillators and light guides. The increase of the detection efficiency of the scintillation detector equipped with optimised conductive layers and its capability to detect low energy signal electrons were experimentally proved.
New building for habitation with surgery
Hlaváček, Jiří ; Ing.Radek Sedlák (referee) ; Benešová, Romana (advisor)
The project addresses new building for habitation with surgery in Chotebor cadastral municipality, county Brod. House is a ground floor with residential loft and garage. Floor plan of the house is approximately T-shaped. Gabled roof is designed with a slope of 30 with Tondach clay tiles, roof is modern Ring beam. External walls are of brick blocks designed Heluz. The house is designed with regard to layout, safety in use, ensuring the construction of a static page, fire safety and energy savings.
Daylighting of spaces with light guides
Machová, Petra ; Gábrová, Lenka (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with the illuminance space through light guide. It describes it's basic principles, technical features and ways of differentiation between the technologies. The thesis also includes latest methods for evaluation of illumination of space supported by various computer simulations.
